I was jogging along with you there going "yeah, yeah, yeah ... hell yeah" until I hit the bit about stocks having vibrations. "Uhuh...vibrations eh?"
Anyway - whether we agree or not about the merits of indices and stock vibrations, we all use indices - there is no better tool that is readily available and I still think your chart makes its' point and paints an accurate picture of a market at the top end of relative price expectations. If you were able to capture every listed stock since Adam and contruct a chart from those data I'm pretty sure your chart would look very much the same as the one you posted.
And P/E ratios are a crock but that's a subject for another day...lol.
