market on to extension

Good Morning Focusites,

Just for fun, wondering if you want to have a crack at framing a market for an extension to the TO.

I am as follows:

Further Extension: $4.00
No Further Extension: $1.23

Given the current holding, complete lack of further buying from Stone, already close to illiquid situation with CRE on the ASX (i.e. large volumes cannot be sold now without a potentially substantial loss), the current holding of Focus and the fact that the offer is "free from defeating conditions", i cannot really see a positive reason for a further extension.

Focus now need to take stock, concentrate on appreciating their share price and get rid of, or co-operate in some manner with Stone so that we don't have to waste further funds on the takeover process or going through de-listing CRE.

We will all know by 7pm tonight latest what the outcome is.
