    What I heard, -- was No need for Fund Raising in the Short-term a EXR do not have to do anymore Drilling.
    -- The Market has over-reacted with the EXR current Share-price.
    -- What EXR is sitting on -- Should attract Larger Producers (either Sale or JV)..

    and Australias NEED and Deman for Gas -- will only get stronger..
