I think we sort of sit in the same boat here!

I'm in no way going to suggest I can calculate any sort of value on this stock right now.... Why? Simply because I feel there is so much emotion at play here right now..... And when emotion and sentiment dictates, rationale is secondary..... So I would simply be a total liar if I could propose ANY sort of rational range at this point!!!!

My-and I stress MY-interpretation of the announcement is that the revenue projections are still within the previously advised range. However, substantial one-off costs will impact profits this year.

So... I read:
No dividend (again)
According to management, revenues remain on track, so potential future earnings remain on track notwithstanding any FUTURE impairments to profit margins (which are totally unseen at this point).
The FUTURE still looks stable with newly won contracts contracts adding value.

There are a few intangibles, namely around the performance of management....

There have been postings about how management have made promises but not come good on them (namely 2015 dividend-which was withdrawn with the reason investment into staffing due to expansion was more important) and how information is disseminated to the market...

However, what I think and what the market does are two utterly mutually exclusive things!!!!!!

I sit with you in that this seems to ME to be a sound company that will not be as profitable as first thought in the short term. However, it SAYS revenues are still within range, so if it can improve margins, it will improve profits.

So my view is that share price growth is certainly possible. But in the short term, there will more than likely be a lot of volatility in said share price as sentiment changes....

I am trying to form my mindset as to what (if anything) I do with this stock!

I guess the caveat DYOR needs to be inserted here.....
