The opening is one of the worst imitations of an Aussie accent that the Brits can do, but after the apology, she does get better.
Whilst there is no mention in this snapshot of RSL, I did find on a discussion board of the London Stock Exchange a comment that the current momentum in RRR is as a result of RSL's forthcoming announcements.
