fully agree with you roger. The current board's behaviour is questionable and the only positive actions we have seen are only the result of trying to maintain their own position in the face of an egm.
PMM should get one rep on the Board. one of the others should go to make room for it. If FAS have a position then PMM should to. This would hopefully be enough to instill a little more integrity into board actions.
