Sorry, that was 8 Billion US$ worth per day, just in the Chinese Oil contract. Same amount that traded in the Brent Oil contract. That's equivalent to 900T of Gold per week at current prices. The World only produces 2,700T of Gold per year. This shows how much the price of Gold has to appreciate once it functions as money again and how much the Dollar has devalued.
