Ive got this from the EVE announcement dated 8/10
Shares will be distributed equally to EVE share holders that are registered holders at the record date, anticipated to be 5 days after the companies AGM.
And as I understand it the EVE AGM is the 23rd of November.
Please correct me if Im wrong
