if you do some rough numbers on 80sq km x 11m deep average = 880m cubic meters x 1.5 for density you get 1.32B tonnes.now based on the offer CIC got which is about $450m for 2.5B tonnes = 18c a tonne in ground value.
now if AFR has 1.32B tonnes X 18c = $237.6m which has not been factored into the share price = about 80c a share for only the coal.
