You did not mention the sale of red earth or the NIDO sale proceeds, both of which are likely causes of delays. You can’t explore without funds unless you dilute. Exploration in Sacramento can be achieved in quick time relatively but it would be foolhardy to talk of projects without funding. Mr market would be cynical.
