    I am closing down my SMSF and my new fund cannot hold my MBN shares. My accountant agrees that under the SIS rules I can purchase the shares from my SMSF but I need to demonstrate that I purchased them at market rate.

    Can any of you kind souls please help me determine a market rate calculation that would be accepted by my fund auditor.
