I seem to recall that some time back the shareholders (I think) passed some sort of resolution that any take over offer would require a minimum of 90% of the votes cast to enable that vote to succeed.
If I am correct, then that in itself will be a significant bulwark against any hostile take over offer.
If I am wrong, then I am sure that there are some out there that will educate me (and you).
