Perhaps, the "forward thinking market, buy the rumour, sell the fact" is at play and the value was already built in to the current MC? It did seem overcooked inline with current progress and income?
Next to no cash coming in, a BIG chunk of the leases given over..........but.........for those willing to wait (this is where STers exit) the deal may see some returns. Looks positive for the LT IMO
