For those disappointed that the share price did not jump yesterday or today, remember where the share price and the company was earlier this year.

CTP has been a specy. Today's second JV announcement now provides us with a solid base that investors as well as speculators will start to buy into and give us real increased share value, as opposed to momentary highs that make day traders rich.

We have surprise and 2 JV's proceeding and probably have additional leases for additional JV's if required. In my mind things have never looked better for CTP.
