Don, don't be too focused on SP movement today, and particularly those who correlate it to the significance (or to some insignificance) of the announcement.
What is being put in place is a foundation for solid growth, where soon (12-18 months) CTP will no longer be a small spec risky company, but a mid tier miner. From there who knows, but without this solid foundation being formed, everything could have simply collapsed.
