CHESS settlement runs get done twice a day if I remember rightly - 10:30am and then an afternoon run at either 2:30 or 4:30pm EST so when these runs occur that is most likely when shares will appear. Depending on the broker you may not see them until tomorrow. Relax people...
This is the reason that companies don't like dealing with retail holders, they get antsy about small things like this which causes so much more work...
