Qusestion for all the experts ..

What reason can be supplied for the negative reaction to the latest ann.

The sp does NOT need to be capped anymore.

The company that was being blamed for the capping was seemingly NOT included in the placement, so the story about them selling their existing batch of free options because they knew they were going to be allocated another batch seems to have been a bit misleading ..

The sign on fee still has not been announced as paid yet ..

Sir Sams millions of shares have not been allocated yet , I believe this was supposed to have been done on completion of Consort buy out , and also to be have been Pre Consolidation.

So many questions , so few answers by the company ..
