I don't think it will be Collin Street Value Fund as they've only recently entered the fold at a low cost. Presume it is a legacy shareholder who doesn't want duration risk. Realistically we will need to wait till 24 for the FID. Thats a hard pill to swallow for many. I for one are happy to wait and accumulate as the disconnect between intrinsic value increases.
