like many stocks it is built in but if you had honest people running the show they would donate them back to the company knowing they haven’t fulfilled deadlines or hipped up reports.
Remembering as a director you only need attend so many meetings and can be on many boards with multiple pay packets and fee shares.
the system needs a overhaul but our watch dogs don’t have any teeth
