I think as whole though, this market has well and truelly bottomed. Companies are starting to merge, the US is relaxing it's emergency economic strategies to fight the GFC showing they are confident things are coming together.

There is still some banks going under but mainly small ones which is to be expected in any financial crisis. Unemployment is starting to slow down. These are all very good things.
