This proposed acquisition has taken us all by surprise and I’m afraid the market doesn’t like it.
Fanciful to think anyone would bid a higher price for such a challenging and expensive project.
I think NST is now a company that is NOT run by shrewd gold entrepreneurs … it is run by an average Board who think their job is to be the biggest gold producer in Australia (but forget the margins and the share price performance).
chart below is tipping over … and I can’t see it performing much better than a gold price whilst they are digesting DeGrey
i don’t own anymore .. I would much rather be following the much smarter money with the former leaders of NST in groups like Spartan, Genesis, Ora Banda.
