Hi cate88, firstly a clarification: I see in your first reply you wrote "22,042 new shorts", whereas I have implied you wrote 22,042 total shorts. Still interested in where you got your information, as I would like to have more up-to-date info than the ASX provides.

Regarding your curiosity about any other times a director has sold shares, as you don't seem to think it has ever happened, please see the attached screenshot. However, this may not match your definition of what constitutes a sale. I consider it a sale by a director when that person is responsible for the transaction, regardless of the administrative entity they are in. You may think it isn't, because the director's interest is held indirectly. I don't think such a detail is worth labelling what I wrote as a "baseless statement", it's a difference of definition. But as you've asked for further example of director sales and doubted that it's happened, I've included one.

This is a forum, not a court, so while I try to be accurate in important detail, I accept there will be times that I don't write with the precision of someone being scrutinised. If I'm wrong, I'm happy to be corrected. However, a mistake is not the same as malicious intent to mislead, which you seem to be implying.
