You are spot on needle.
In regards to the sp, I can recall that some brokers were talking in the vecinity of between $9 ~ $12 if CAZ won the battle for Shovelanna.
If you do some simple, be it crude, maths based on what we know and assuming that UKD's resource for ELA/1429, E47/1431 & ELA47/1432 comes in at 280mt then I get:
Ratio of CAZ v UKD Issued shares 1 : 3 Resource 1 : 2
UKD's sp would come in at around $6 ~ $8
There are obviously many more factors to consider and imo we will get a much clearer picture by the end of the next quarter.
It will be very interesting to see what value the broker houses put on UKD once the Fe, P and quantity estimates are known.
I can tell you that I'd rather take the chance on a company proving its resources estimates etc then to put my investment in the hands of some clown like Bowler so he can wave his magic wand and deny ownership of the ELs.
