Agree with your comments about ICP that it will be re-rated at some stage. However the management does not pay much regard to telling the story to the market and they also they hold very few shares which doesnt help. Liquidity is also a problem and they need to do a 10 for 1 consolidation like CUS did. Shares go up because of demand and where CUS has been very astute is they constantly promote the company and tell the story to insto's, brokers and the media - they have a great story to tell. ICP's SP will get there eventually it's just going to take a lot longer...that's all.
