PPT seem to thrive on " ". Why waste whats left of shareholders funds now on a survey that will more than likely lead to nothing.
The answer is obvious they like the pr part of this exercise in my opinion.
They should put a policy in place that makes old plus new directors purchase stock in the company with their own funds to align with shareholders.
Maybe say $100k is a good starting point.
By the way before we vote who is going to liable for the rent on their upmarket offices ? They seem to palatial for a fund manager.
I am sure there are many other questions that we need answers on before making any decisions.
I have completed numerous PPT surveys over the years and seen no tangible benefits or changes so I wonder what use they are.
