I think from a sale of the two divisions, they got a great price. Much higher than previous offers.(well the corporate trust entity standalone anyway).
What SOL thinks is anyone's guess.
How the proceeds apply to PPT specifically offcourse will be PPT specific, but the price achieved appears a great price.
