Blackrock selling is no surprise.
If you think about it, PPT is now a lower % of the index than it was (say) 12 months ago.
As Blackrock's own products are ETF's which reflect the index/indices, then they should be a seller as PPT's value goes down in order to reflect the new index %.
ETF's therefore give added (sometimes unwarranted) downward momentum to a falling price of a stock to reflect their objectives.
