    They could probably start paying a dividend sooner. But why would you want them to? Given where coal is trading and the extremely strong mid term outlook for coal prices - let's focus on getting to 5m tons asap and let's make sure we get a good price for our product. The rest will follow in due course and we'll be more than handsomely rewarded for taking modest execution risk.
