You are most probably correct they are the buyers.
Regal are controlling the current sp if you want my opinion.
Have a look at the buy/sell detail in Change of Substantial Holdings for the last 12 months.
I agree with @Jimmyspark213 Investors losing faith.
We will see where the sp goes in the Friday sell off tomorrow.
