Can someone call the OZL chairman and ask him to call Wayne Swan to rein in the bank if its Australian and Australian Government backed.

and/or

Request a need for assistance with a partial guarantee of 95% complete PH for six months to help. Either with the govt/future fund or both.

Banks will be jumping over themselves for this then. No money required by Government.

This is just a clog in the credit drain and it needs a third party negotiator I feel.

Problem solved now. AM has to resign as part of the deal though.

Surely someone here knows the Chairman. He has a Fidiciary Duty here..or the board risks being sued personally.
