    Just read the General Meeting ann. - wow - pigs with in their snouts in trough!!! And I thought the PRR management were greedy, but this LUM ann. has taken the pavlova by a mile. They are going to dilute the company by 50% plus by raising around $100k.
    Basically they are trying to dilute current shareholders out of the company,then they will consolidate the shares and start ann decent stuff.
