makattack, why do you think that is significant?

I ask this because JEB could have exercised the options any time till the end of next year and 500K of options is only 1% of JEB existing shares. Another director exercised a 50% increase. That is significant relative to their existing holding... however, I don't understand how it is relevant as they could both have exercised the options any time in the next year and got the same result. Are they trying to hint to other share holders secretly that it is going to be good news... does this happen?

On the other hand, it does illustrate their conviction that the share price will stay above 1c... is that the significance?
