    if BHP/RIO losing their grip on infrastructure they might be more willing to deal with a UMC for a win/win outcome, given they know UMC can go it alone if it so chooses...I agree markco they've been smart not taking sides as yet to give them the broadest range of options, well it seems smart to me but only time will tell.
