Hi Kirsten, the words were

Discussions with Major iron ore producers are set to commence with regard to access to rail infrastructure in conjuction with the release of economic evaluation studies.

The way i read this is the evaluation studies will be announced before any deal is done with access to rail, so very shortly, next few days.... am I reading this correctly?
