If you get your head out of the grass and wake up and stop pushing zeds, you would realise that the announcement made on the 14 was a capital raising update. It was not market sensitive as the placement was already under written. I believe you have spoken to Ross and MVH Management regarding this and were told that they had legal advise that this was not insider trading. So get your facts straight before complaining. Post some serious information about MVH so this stock can start heading north.
