The total value offers nothing confidential to anyone - it the order was for (say) $10m, no one can tell if that covers all of the purchaser's production or 25%, so you cannot figure out the unit pricing. Its entirely reasonable for AJX to tell a second purchaser that the first one got a better deal because it was first in line; and in any case AJX's pricing has to be similar to existing suppliers (I appreciate its product is better, but carpet manufacturers hardly sell on their FR level except in specialist areas; FR is a regulatory requirement so the cheaper it can be met the better).

I don't see why you would consider the announcement not useful. It's Alexium's first entry into a new market segment? I dont mind frequent updates from management on any new developments on the company as its definitely better than no news at all.
