Any housing data out of the US will be bader than bad, the US housing market is deader than dead.
You can buy a decent house in the US for 150k and an interest rate well under 6%, 75c a liter for fuel and 25k for a brand new f150 4x4, what the hell is wrong with these yanks, they have got it to good and yet they are crying foul
