I concur, TTY is holding up very well. Management are righting the wrongs of the past and moving on to pay down debt, make some money and develop some new resources.

Whilst I respect your opinion Rocket, I have to wonder whether your frustration with management is linked to your personal situation. You seem to have a lot of money invested in TTY and have possibly made a large loss. Presumably, at some time you thought it had good management. Is TTY are a large part of your portfolio?
