alan No you're not on a desert island posting messages in a bottle. There are a few natives peering out of trees at you. Usually I have a quick look ,see the lights out & zoom off again. I got mine about 9 years ago at 90+ cents just before Oil Search came out of its Big Sleep. I bought my very first OSH shares over 40 years ago in the 60s when almost a teenager but lost 'em in life's vicissitudes, sadly.
I think one of the problems with Oil Search is that shareholders can't vizualize clearly where the oil & gas fields are exactly. I know the Hides gas field is huge, but couldn't place it anywhere. Also some of the field names are a bit difficult. By contrast everyone has a good idea where the mainland basins & fields are situated.
Yes, I'd like to know details of completion date for the big gas project. I used to read all the info when it was posted to me but not all the electro stuff.
