Debt in this market?
Costs keep rising on the LNG project which is no surprise. Given the size of the project, terrain, environmental and social issues.
Plus they need to spend money on developing future gas reserves (that's where the real kicker is in the share price).
OSH will be squeezed as the costs mount prior to completion of the project.
