Wall st may be at or close to oversold since steep declines since Dec 27. Stochastics on S@P look way oversold. Nasdaq may have completed its correction. Supports at 12,400 Dow, 1378 S@P, Nasdaq 2,400. Declines below these supports may signal a serious warning of a long term double top. Pivotal may be the Feb 'super tuesday' elections. Importantly, 9 of the last 10 US election years have been positive for equities. Probably ASX has to test August lows.
