Then we add in the need to get people to accept a nuclear plant that could meltdown being built potential protests and further delays. You might has well kiss your money goodbye.
A nuclear power plant is worst than a coalmine or wind farm and you see how much community backlash you get with a nuclear plant in the neighborhood.
