Oilers haven't done much for me either, so being trebly cautious of them. But CVN is the exception for which the smiles keep coming in, my only regret is only having 2/3 what I had of them before the wall street circus. When they win, they can win big.
Any oiler is going to have to stand comparison with a good nickel stock - difficult - as they are all cash sponges, even the ones I thought weren't (can only think of one sub billion exception).
