    main reason is JBM has high nickel grade.

    that BHP and the brazilians require for their smelters.

    If xtrasta takes it, and cements a new force in WA *which is why they wanted to take over LIM and also now taking over JBM*

    BHP / RIO will not let another major have a foothold in WA.

    Thats IMO anyways.
