Some decisions on the company going forward
They have cash but are constrained by debt holders
The debt needs to be restructured for us to free our arms and have a swing
They have some valuable assets
Not sure who's running the show at the moment
Or who they are working for Cliff should get nothing but his salary until he proves he can take
This company to next level and increase SP
