If people are looking for a Disallowed here then that announcement better be huge! I find it hard to read too much into today's price action- probably just an enthusiastic buyer or two. The share price has been here before and back to 1c.
Importantly, for the June 2016 options to be exercised, the company needs to get the good news out there this week or next. If they don't have anything significant (based on other biotechs from the past) they will likely give notice to the ASX to have the options expire because the share price is far from the exercise price.
