    $13m market cap, no income, no cash in bank, and director recently selling some shares.

    Am I missing something here?

    Any private equity mob would be wanting to buy farms at low range LVRs, not 100% equity, bonds attached to AYB or not, they won't risk it, so who will fund the remaining cost?

    Anyway, maybe i'm missing something here or being too pessimistic?
