    From my understanding it is unrelated. CCCM's goal is the same as ANS - Port/Rail infrastructure and Mining in West Africa, hence the strategic MOU that has been signed with them. My guess would be CCCM will be the listing entity on the HKSE (absorb or T/O ANS).
