Market Update

Tian Zhi International Investment Ltd becomes a Substantial Shareholder

FMJ wishes to advise that Tian Zhi International Investment Ltd has agreed to accept 10,000,000
ordinary shares at an issue price of $1 per share. Furthermore, Tian Zhi International Investment Ltd
has withdrawn its Statutory Demand as announced by FMJ on January 19, 2012 in the “Tian Zhi
International Statement”.

FMJ welcomes Tian Zhi International Investment Ltd to its shareholder base as a substantial
shareholder.
