My back of the envelop calculation on say 14% dilution on the MK conversion price would bring it down from $1.25 to something more like $1.09, meaning that MK could convert its $225M for 206-odd shares rather than 180 shares. So a little bit more dilution on MK conversion, but nothing to get uptight about.
